C057 Crate Clips for 13 mm Panels - 50 mm Wide, 1.5 mm Grade 50 Steel

Choose C057 for compatible 13 mm wooden or plywood panel joints. This model is 50 mm wide and 1.5 mm thick, with a choice of zinc plating or black electrophoretic coating. Select a finish below, then confirm the complete joint fit with a sample.

Choose your model and surface finish

Standard dimensions and material

The profile dimensions are drawing references, not an overall length x width x height specification. Panel thickness alone does not determine fit: check the complete panel edge and mating joint with a sample before ordering.

Surface finish

Zinc plated (silver) or black electrophoretic coating (e-coat). Zinc coating thickness is at least 5 micrometres; black e-coat thickness is at least 25 micrometres. Select the required finish when requesting a quotation. Corrosion performance depends on the environment, handling and coating condition; coating thickness is not a salt-spray-hour rating or a guaranteed marine service life.

Installation and removal

1. Align the compatible wooden or plywood panels and verify the joint fit.
2. Press the clip into its intended position by hand.
3. To dismantle the box, engage a suitable pry bar in the clip slot and use leverage to release it.
4. Inspect the clip and joint before reuse. Replace damaged or permanently deformed clips.

Hand installation does not mean tool-free removal. Clip quantity and spacing depend on the complete box design and shipping requirements.

These carton specifications apply to both zinc-plated and black e-coated standard clips. The shipping figures above exclude any extra pallet or outer packaging. C057 is quoted by carton weight; a separate net/gross breakdown is not specified.
