Founded in 2009, Beijing Oriens Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based supplier of custom metal stamping parts and industrial hardware. Our founder has worked in international trade since 1998, bringing extensive experience in serving overseas customers.

Based in Beijing, Oriens combines international trade services with manufacturing support from our controlled manufacturing facility in Cangzhou, Hebei Province. This structure connects customer communication and order coordination with factory production.

Custom Metal Components and Industrial Hardware

We supply custom metal stamping parts, crate clips, toggle latches, metal brackets, pallet collar hinges and other industrial hardware. Laser-cut parts, deep-drawn components, CNC-machined parts, castings and aluminum extrusions can be supplied according to project requirements.

Drawing Review and Order Coordination

Our Beijing team coordinates overseas customer communication, quotations and orders with manufacturing support from our controlled facility in Cangzhou, Hebei Province. For custom parts, please provide drawings or samples, materials, dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes and quantities. The production route, sample requirements and delivery schedule are reviewed for each project and agreed before order confirmation.

Quality Management and Inspection

Our controlled manufacturing facility holds ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality management system certifications within the entities, sites and scopes stated on the respective certificates. These are management system certifications, not product certifications or product testing standards.

Product inspection requirements are based on the approved drawings and agreed technical specifications. Requirements for material documentation, dimensional inspection and surface finish reports are reviewed during quotation and confirmed for the order. Relevant quality management system certification documents are available upon request.

Packing and Shipment Coordination

Packing methods, quantities per carton, labels and any pallet requirements are agreed for the specific product and order. We coordinate shipment arrangements with customers according to the agreed order terms.
