Crate Clip Removal Pry Bar
This ORIENS manual pry bar is a removal accessory for compatible wooden box crate clips. Its bent tip engages the removal slot in the clip. Moving the handle applies leverage to release the clip from the box joint.

Crate Clip Removal Process
1. Locate the clip removal slot
Support the box panel and identify the engagement slot on the clip. Check that the pry-bar tip matches the slot before applying force.

2. Engage the bent tip
Insert the bent tip into the clip slot, as shown in the supplied demonstration. Keep the tool engaged and fingers clear of the release path.

3. Lever the clip open
Move the handle in a controlled motion to lever the clip away from its engaged position. Remove the released clip and inspect the clip and panel before reassembly.

Installation and Removal System
ORIENS crate clips are installed by hand on a compatible joint. Disassembly uses a suitable pry bar. A hand-installed crate fastening system therefore still needs a removal tool; confirm compatibility with the selected clip before ordering spare tools.
