Packing and supply
C057, zinc-plated or e-coated: 125 pieces per carton, carton weight 17.6 kg, carton dimensions 450 × 320 × 170 mm. A 500-piece order uses 4 cartons, totaling 70.4 kg and 0.097920 m³ before any extra pallet or overpack.
Crate clip production capacity is 40,000 pieces per day across the product line. Samples are available from stock; production lead time is 20–35 days, with the order schedule confirmed in the quotation.
Hand installation and pry-bar removal
C057 is suitable for 13 mm wooden or plywood crate panels; C058 is suitable for 8 mm panels. Check the panel edge and mating joint against the selected clip drawing before ordering.
These nail-less crate clips are installed by hand on the matching crate joint. To remove a clip, engage the end of a suitable crate clip removal bar in the slot on the clip, then use the bar as a lever to release it. Installation is tool-free; disassembly requires the removal bar.
