Hardness, weight and supply
C057 uses heat-treated Grade 50 carbon steel with a hardness of 42–46 HRC. Reference unit weight is 135 g. This product option uses zinc plating; electrophoretic coating is also available on request.
Samples are available from stock. Production lead time is 20–35 days. Crate clip production capacity is 40,000 pieces per day across the product line; confirm the order schedule and final packing in the quotation.
Zinc-plated C057 carton packing
125 pieces per carton; carton weight 17.6 kg; carton dimensions 450 × 320 × 170 mm. This is the same packing specification as e-coated C057. For 500 pieces: 4 cartons, 70.4 kg and 0.097920 m³, excluding any additional pallet or overpack.
Hand installation and pry-bar removal
C057 is suitable for 13 mm wooden or plywood crate panels; C058 is suitable for 8 mm panels. Check the panel edge and mating joint against the selected clip drawing before ordering.
These nail-less crate clips are installed by hand on the matching crate joint. To remove a clip, engage the end of a suitable crate clip removal bar in the slot on the clip, then use the bar as a lever to release it. Installation is tool-free; disassembly requires the removal bar.
