The C058 drawing specifies main profile dimensions of 71 mm and 63 mm, a width of 35 mm and material thickness of 1.5 mm. These are drawing dimensions; check the actual crate joint to confirm fit.

Packing and supply

C058, zinc-plated or e-coated: 250 pieces per carton; gross weight 17 kg per carton, including the carton; carton dimensions 490 × 240 × 170 mm. A 500-piece order uses 2 cartons, totaling 34 kg gross and 0.039984 m³ before any extra pallet or overpack. The 68 g unit weight is a reference figure; use carton gross weight for shipment planning.

Hand installation and pry-bar removal

These nail-less crate clips are installed by hand on the matching crate joint. To remove a clip, engage the end of a suitable crate clip removal bar in the slot on the clip, then use the bar as a lever to release it. Installation is tool-free; disassembly requires the removal bar.
