A380 aluminum alloy is lightweight, very strong at high temperatures, and resistant to corrosion. Even if the shape is complicated, the dimensional stability can be maintained. If budget issues need to be considered and no other corrosion is required, high electrical and thermal conductivity are usually used. A383 aluminum alloy has higher strength at high temperatures and is less likely to crack at high temperatures. Its durability is not as good as A380. It is usually only used when you form complex parts and require very special mold filling characteristics. Compared with A380, A360 aluminum alloy has higher strength, better ductility and higher corrosion resistance at high temperatures, making it more difficult to cast. ZA-8 has low aluminum content, low melting point and higher density than other ZA alloys. It is an ideal choice for hot chamber die casting. ZA-12 has high aluminum content, high melting point and lower density than ZA-8, so cold chamber casting must be used. ZA-27 The ZA alloy in this table has high aluminum content, high melting point, high strength and low density. Not suitable for chrome plating, the bottom surface will shrink.
